Strategically placed facial fillers can enhance facial features, improve the proportions of others, replace the volume lost with age, lifestyle or exercise.
Fillers can reverse the aging process and/or enhance beauty. Think of your face as a canvas where each feature can be looked at separately or as a group, giving your face that unique something that makes up your individuality.
I find that addressing the whole face as a canvas bears the best and most natural results for my patients. During your consultation we will establish your goal, review expectations and talk about the longevity of the result.
We only use pure hyaluronic acid fillers for this procedure. What is hyaluronic acid (HA)? It is a naturally occurring form of sugar present in almost every cell of the body: our joints, cartilage and skin, etc. Our bodies constantly produce and metabolize this form of sugar. When not attached to a molecule, HA binds to water taking on a viscous jelly like appearance. Hyaluronic acid (HA) injectable fillers are produced in the lab and are a soft jelly-like consistency. Our bodies are able to fully recognize and metabolize this material without leaving any trace elements.
Below is a list of procedures for facial sculpting.
Facial contouring: a small amount of filler is strategically placed to enhance the individual beauty of the patient. This treatment typically involves the treatment of several areas. Each case is unique. For example, treating the high points of cheekbones and the tip of the chin enhances a feminine face shape ( upside down triangle) on some individuals, thus enhancing their beauty.
Chin augmentation: a quick and very effective procedure improving the overall appearance of the face. Filler is used to augment and shape the chin to bring it in balance with other facial features. A good candidate for this procedure would be individuals with an asymmetrical, square, small or sloped chin. Chin augmentation is also a complimentary treatment to anti-aging treatments such as jawline contouring and liquid facelift.
Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty: choosing the right candidate is the most important part of this procedure. Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty performed with filler can correct small nasal bumps, slightly lift nasal tip, as well as correct a deep nasal slope.
Cheek Lift: this procedure helps create a more lifted appearance to the face, often called a cheekbone lift. A small enhancement in the cheek area can be very attractive to the young as well as the mature.
Jawline contouring: for this treatment filler is used to create a more defined jawline and a stronger profile. This treatment looks great for both men and women. For men, a stronger jawline may mean a more youthful or attractive appearance. For women more defined jawline helps create more defined neck and diminish or correct jowls. This treatment is often complimented with chin augmentation.
Brow lift: Filler is used to replace volume in the lateral brow area giving an instant lift and more youthful appearance. This treatment looks beautiful on all ages.
Liquid lift: this is a very effective anti-aging treatment with filler, typically complimented with a wrinkle relaxer (ex. Botox). Each client’s unique facial structure and genetic aging process is evaluated. Filler is placed in a strategic way to replace lost facial volume and reposition and lift displaced fat pads and skin, if possible, depending on each individual case. The overall result is a more rested, younger version of yourself and not a “done” look.
